Provide administrative and coordinating support to the HR team of UA Europe active in seven different countries across different units for the corporate offices and the stores. The HR team of HR Europe, consisting of 5 team mates in different roles, actively contributes to the development and execution of human resources for our teammates throughout Europe.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • HR Operations support keeping track of digital team mate files, filing, creation of official documents and maintaining HR database, office policies and intranet.

  • Provide administrative support, including creating and maintaining organizational charts, prepare official letters, some scheduling, coordination, and preparation for key meetings.

  • Coordinating role in European Talent Acquisition, setup and coordinate interviews; help selecting and searching for right candidates through talent portal

  • Signaling upcoming actions to comply with national HR-legislation in the countries where UA Europe has team mates.

  • Map out policies for our retail set up.

  • HR data maintenance and clean-up, as needed.

  • Supporting HR projects as assigned

Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate: include but are not limited to the following:

  • Third or fourth year student Human Resource Management or equivalent, bachelor or master.

  • Pro-active, customer oriented, good social and communicative skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Employment law, preferably within multiple European counties.

  • Highly detail oriented – accurate with numbers and data

  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while producing quality work and meeting deadlines.

  • Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships. Ability to build trust and secure the confidence of others. Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; listens

  • Trustworthy as confidentiality is key to the role.

  • Fluent in English, bilingual in Dutch (strongly preferred) French or German is a plus.
