Recruiting InternOffice Location:Kennesaw, Atlanta, GADiscipline:Human ResourcesDescriptionENERCON is seeking a part time Intern to support a high volume, fast-paced Recruiting Department. The position is in Kennesaw, GA and is approximately 20-25 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but hours worked need to be during normal business hours of 8am-5pm. This is a great opportunity to learn how a Recruiting Department functions and to gain a wide variety of exposure and experience in the Recruiting and HR arena. The position involves a variety of administrative tasks to support corporate recruiters including maintaining recruiting and candidate records, resume database and applicant tracking system; scheduling interviews and candidate travel; preparing recruiting materials and recruiting reports; posting jobs on various job boards; assisting in college recruiting and checking candidate references.Job Requirements (education, skills, certifications, licenses)* Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources and have a minimum current overall GPA of 3.0.* Must be within 1-2 years of graduating from a Bachelor's Degree program.* Preference for prior experience working in an HR or recruiting department or agency. Previous administrative experience also a plus.* Customer service and team player attitude.* Effective communication skills both written and verbal.* Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task.* Proficient in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL.* Dedicated and trustworthy since position will deal with sensitive and confidential information.ENERCON Services, Inc.
