PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Dell Execution Team (DET) Sales Support Intern will support the Global DET Enterprise Business Management Team managing and developing marketing and sales initiatives through strategic Dell EMC partnership. The intern will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities by building stronger relationships both internally and externally. Our goal is to drive value based Dell Technologies activity jointly with Dell EMC relationships.

The Intern will be part of a dynamic team & will perform a vital function in ensuring the ongoing success of VMware. The role will be varied and cross-functional, encompassing internal communications, reporting / analytics, and strategic initiatives.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Partnering with the existing DET Sales team to assist in reporting and forecast processes

•Managing DET data dashboard and analytics

•Supporting strategic initiatives Globally, management of actions, and executive scorecard

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•Knowledge of the IT Marketing (reselling Software is a preference)

•Experience with Microsoft Office package

•Intermediate MS Excel skills required (pivot tables preferred)

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Must work well and collaborate with several different functions (e.g. sales, marketing, operations, etc.)

PREFERRED SKILLS

•Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, & Word. Aptitude in pivot tables & Tableau are plus
