About the Role:
Technical Program Management Intern
As part of the leadership team, you will work with worldwide customers to define strategy and product roadmap; and lead cross-functional engineering teams from design through delivery. You’ll have regular communication with executive management on strategy, plan, and execution status. You will work with all the stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap, feature definition, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones.
You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit. We rely heavily on being right, often. Without you, the product is neither defined nor built well. You will not only need to envision & deliver extensible, on-time solutions, but help develop high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, continuous process improvement, and mentor-ship. To accomplish this, you will be expected to have proven analytical capabilities, strong persuasive writing skills, and the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential as well. You must have a deep understanding of customer needs, the competitive landscape and be able to translate customer needs into features to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Successful candidates will have extensive experience building product road-maps, defining programs, finding bottlenecks, and removing them. An established background in building highly scalable & complex systems is a definite plus.
Additional responsibilities include:
For TPM role, prior product or program management experience is good to have. Experience in building / knowledge of large scale distributed systems
Proven track record of taking a product from conception, definition phase through engineering design and Go to Market
Stipend and Benefits
• The Internship Stipend will be INR 85,000 per month.
• Stipend is payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practice and subject to applicable withholding taxes.
• Flight tickets in economy class (on ward and return for internship).
• The candidates are also eligible for 15 days accommodation and 15 days cab on reimbursement basis.
• Monthly food coupons.
• Free HOH (Home –Office-Home) for duration of internship.
Basic Qualification and Skills Required · Prior experience in product engineering (in developer or managerial roles)
· Mandatory 2-4.5 years of prior experience.
· Excellent written communication skills – writing strategic documents and reports for senior leadership is a key part of the role. (We don’t like power points at Amazon!) Data driven decision making skills and analytical skills.
· For Senior TPM role, prior product or program management experience
· For Sr. TPM role, track record of developing long-term strategies and influencing leadership decisions.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment Excellent attention to detail and

· Bachelors or higher engineering degree (Computer Science preferred)
