PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Help enable best practices, streamline processes, and support operations within a global HRBP team. Support Strategic Human Resources Projects within the office of the Executive Vice President of HR, through managing global end-to-end processes and communication campaigns. Work to generate content for global communications, utilize creative media to create, develop, and implement frameworks to drive awareness, shift perceptions, drive consideration and generate demand. Provide thought-leadership and contribute to enhancement of talent management and leadership capabilities. Provide general organizational support and advise organizational design on a global scale.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
High flexibility, adaptability & comfort working with ambiguity
Work closely with the BA HRBPs, to execute the strategy by delivering services and project support locally.
Scrub and interpret data using excel - formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, and graphs
Provide organizational design support utilizing SAP software
Strong networking skills and ability to navigate internally
Strong communication – verbal and written
Explore new ways to engage and identify target groups
Create content for global HR campaigns (including blog posts, reports, infographics, etc.)
Utilize creative media platforms to design, create, and market campaigns and projects
Graphic design skills (create videos, infographics, campaigns, etc.)
Organized with strong time management skills
Initiative and strong independent worker
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Prior internship or work experience in a fast-paced environment
HR or Marketing experience preferred
EDUCATION SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program specializing in human resources, marketing or another relatable field preferred
Recent Bachelor’s graduates will be considered
