ROLE DESCRIPTION

This position will work closely with the Audit Team within the Office of License Compliance by providing administrative support in completing the following activities:

  • Support audit activities which protects SAP’s Intellectual Property by enforcing SAP’s legal right to ensure legal compliance with terms of use contained in the customer’s Software License Agreement.

  • Gathering contractual information to determine potential Audit nominations

  • Support Audit Preparation activities such as review of legal terms and conditions containing special clauses with stakeholders and the client

  • Support Audit Execution activities with Senior Auditors and LCM

  • Support Audit Evaluation activities and alignment within the “Audit Team”

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Helping analyze potential audit opportunities by gathering relevant data

  • Review audit findings with SAP legal department where necessary.

  • Coordinate and schedule alignment activities with Sales & VAT Teams

  • Contacting customers to follow up on escalations in case of non-cooperation with contractual obligations.

  • Summarize and send out meeting minutes

  • Update Audit status in tracking tool

  • Help organizing follow up clarifications with the customer during Audit completion phase

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Current Student taking up either Business Administration or Pre-Law

  • Advanced English

  • Excellent communication skills
