Job Duties
Job Purpose

Under direct supervision of the Business Affairs Director, the Business Affairs Intern will be responsible for assisting across multiple business areas including administrative support for the department.

Essential Functions
  • Assists with electronic filing and data entry for Business office projects

  • Assist Administrative services team with clerical functions

  • Attend committee meetings as assigned

  • Perform multiple tasks as assigned and meet established deadlines

  • Perform all assignments and tasks with a high level of attention to detail

  • Perform all duties absolute discretion and comply fully with confidentiality protocols

  • Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

This is a part time position, working approximately 24 hours a week. Hours will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8AM – 5PM, though some evening or weekend hours may be required to support events.
