The position may require that employees perform other duties as assigned.Support the development of an automated system for characterization of high power diode lasers with focus on system integration and software developmentApply existing algorithms and adapt interfaces / drivers to specific peripheral equipment for integration into system control.Use commercial or open source routines for image processing. Specifically, microoptics need to be picked up and aligned with micrometer precision.
