Summary Responsible for assisting the Tech Support Manager, Account Managers, Account Executives and/or Department Manager by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned.
Gathers quotations for clients and vendors.
Copies data and compiles records and reports.
Tabulates and posts data in appropriate customer contact system or in data base or spreadsheet formats.
Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
Operates office machines such as typewriter, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.
Retrieve Files. Attach Correspondence.
Return files to File Room.
Assist department with special projects as needed.
