SAP Labs is looking for SAP Cloud Platform HOT-Line Support Intern (12-months contract)
The SAP Cloud Platform hot-line specialist possesses advanced knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and participates in support process as a technology expert. A Technical Specialist interacts with prospective customers, partners, SAP community members through digital channels and direct conversations for solving any technical problems and teach SCP community.
This is a 12-months internship contract for full-time.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Hot-line support and support customers in technical questions concerning SCP
Finding right solutions and involve second-line support for solving issues
Support in development and conducting of SAP Cloud Platform trainings
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Experience in development on one of the following languages Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby
Solid knowledge of traditional algorithms
Understanding of relational and non-relational databases working principals
Working experience with one of the database management systems SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Experience in web-services development (REST, SOAP, OData)
Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Management or University Students close to closure
Fast learner with IT affinity
Willingness to help and support
Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written) is required
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
