Role Summary:

Our Industrial relations intern will be exposed to a series of activities such as Company policies analysis, practical application of the national Collective contract, support in technical communication structuring, application of current company agreements, development of industrial projects, analisys support inside the Industrial Relations team, that will be a great starting point for his/her career. This position will be based in Florence, Italy.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide Human Resources support to management and employees in the company contract and CBA application

  • Provide support Disciplinary actions and Investigations

  • Provide Support in the Leased workers and contingent workers management

  • Provide support in Draft for Communication to all Ees having direct or indirect contractual impact

  • Provide support in the analysis of Company policies

  • Provide support in Labor Law application and update Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law

  • Strong interest in developing a career in Industrial Relations/ HR

  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, good team working and problem solving attitude

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • EU Work Permit Desired Characteristics:
