Primary Responsibilities:

Our Greenville office is seeking a Process Engineering Intern for summer 2018. The selected candidate will assist engineers with a variety of tasks in Process Engineering such as:

  • Chemical process design including design basis documentation, supporting calculations, and design optimization

  • Development of engineering drawings including Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams

  • Development of process specifications for equipment including distillation columns, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, and heat exchangers

  • Development and maintenance of supporting documentation for Process Engineering design functions (drawing lists, line lists, utility summaries, and related documents)


  • Candidates should be a self-motivated professional going into their junior year, or higher, in college and pursuing a degree from an accredited university in Chemical Engineering

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required

  • Experience with process modeling software (Aspen or other) is a plus
