General Responsibilities Various IAM duties involving our Lotus Notes database "ITCONFIG", including data entry, moves, adds changes to identity records. Facilitate user provisioning workflow, including research, reminders, and follow-up activities. Facilitate the completion of SARs to support MOM Brands application provisioning, secondary approvals, New Hire and Termination Process. Create new, or modify identity documents in the ITCONFIG database. Creation and removal of "ESS" (Active Directory) user ids. Creation and removal of iNotes for Mfg/DC users. Creation of new and/or missing documents within the MOM Brands ITCONFIG application. Creation and modification of AD Groups. Shared folder provisioning, using Active Directory users & groups. Perform required audit duties supporting ITCONFIG, and application access control list accuracy. Perform User Access provisioning for the following systems: Active Directory (using ADUC) Lotus Notes Cosmos (internally developed Oracle Forms based application) Highjump / AFO JDEdwards ERP System Others as required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Some experience with user provisioning preferred * Ability to research issues to resolution * Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques * Ability to effectively and cooperatively work as a part of a team * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong administrative skills; organized, accurate, efficient and versatile * Ability to maintain both a professional and positive attitude at all times * Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively * Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
