1st Shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM Monday through FridayJOB SUMMARY: This position performs material functions in support of sales and manufacturing requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:Other duties may be assigned Responsible for performing varied and general tasks involved in materials group. Locates and kit’s required materials for specific production orders and verifies that the product is identified appropriately and approved. Coordination of the work orders. Maintains in-process inventory at work cells by accurately counting the materials. Implement and maintain the Kanban system.Must be able to work in a lean 5S environment. Accurately record process documentation. Responsible for inventory transactions.Must comply with all safety requirements including; manufacturing, purchasing and quality practices and procedures.
