Here’s where you come in:
We are currently seeking a part-time Office Coordinator Intern to join the team as a member of our amazing Madison, Wisconsin division. This detail-oriented individual will be helping out our team in an administrative-capacity, supporting all aspects of office operations and management on a temporary basis from October - February 2018. Schedule is flexible dependent on student schedule and availability.
What you’re great at:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings as requested and ensure tracking and follow‐up of resulting action items. Taking meeting notes as needed.
Attention to detail and impeccable administrative skills
Drafting, editing, proofreading, and finalizing written materials including correspondence reports, memoranda, speeches, agendas, presentations, and minutes
Supporting internal and external meetings and events
Strong written communication and excellent at speaking in front of others and giving presentations
Serving as a liaison to internal staff and external contacts
Multi-tasking and managing high-priority and confidential responsibilities
What we’d like you to have:
Must be 18 years or older
Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in professional services, construction or technology-related industries preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
A love and passion for working with people
Part-time availability from October - February 2018, averaging 12-20 hours per week, depending on student flexibility
