Position Summary: This engineering internship opportunity offers a variety of development opportunities while supporting the commercialization manager's efforts to deliver new materials technology platforms and/or major new product development programs that drive significant organic growth for Brady's materials portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in Product Development and Design process which may include developing specifications, design, implementation, test and evaluation activities. Provide System Integration engineering support in one or more fundamental areas for one or more domains in various phases of the system life cycle from pre-acquisition through operation and maintenance and system retirement. Responsible for Application Engineering & Testing support activities to ensure customer requirements align to actual application results. Perform a variety of basic technical tasks to provide engineering analysis and support to engineers and project team members. Analyze problems and recommend practical solutions. Establish and maintain records or files of technical data or documents. Exercise professional discretion and judgment. Perform other duties as required.
