Our Franchise team offers focused expertise in back office accounting for franchise owners. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written skills, strong computer skills and the ability to lead a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Data Entry of payroll information into multiple accounting software systems

Verify accuracy of accounting data

Activate work orders

Prepare, verify and distribute invoices for customer billing

Reject and Correct invoices

Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

Importing of billings from time and materials database system

Maintain organized system of document retention

Liaison between accounting team and client

Job set up, including scanning, into multiple software systems

Closing jobs accurately in all systems

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be currently enrolled in accounting program at an accredited university

Minimum of 2 years in a professional office environment

Quick at data entry using multiple computer programs including MS Excel and 10 Key calculator

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under time constraints

Strong interpersonal skills and solid team working abilities

Sound work ethics and flexibility

Strong decision making and analytical thinking ability

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and some experience with enterprise accounting software preferred
