The Art Program Intern supports several key projects within the client Art Program.

The intern will assist with:

Installation of more than 25 exhibitions annually. Manage the selection, transportation and installation of artworks from the permanent collection into corporate offices. Assist in the photography and maintenance of the permanent collection on The Museum System database. Compose and design quarterly bulletin of museum exhibitions throughout New Jersey and New York City. Promptly respond to employee requests, including tracking and sending museum admission passes.

Position is located in New Brunswick, NJ.

Position requires a 15-hour workweek, Mondays-Friday.

Timeframe: May 2017 - May 2018

Qualifications:

College Undergraduate Student required. Art or Art History major/minor is required, will consider Communications major with Art or Art History minor. GPA of 3.0 or above required, 3.5+ preferred. It is essential that candidates be self-motivated, productive, and able to independently manage multiple projects and changing timelines. College Junior or Senior preferred. Database experience preferred. Knowledge of Access database preferred.

This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
