Job Overview

The R2L business innovation team aims to explore new opportunities that enhance current and future product value

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Innovation team by working with various engineering/IT groups to research, analyze concept feasibility, and create concept proposals
  • Develop initiatives geared towards enhancing the collaboration betweenBusiness Innovation and DTNA Advanced Engineering team
  • Provide technical perspective for ideas and concepts
  • Analyze engineering drawings to understand systems interaction
  • Jointly with Advanced Engineering, perform component functionality research to support concept feasibility analysis

  • Minimum Junior level in a Bachelors Program or higher (or have graduated within the last 12 months) required

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher required
  • An attached resume is required
  • Ability to bring stake holders together for common goals required
  • Project management principle knowledge required
  • Ability to analyze data and determine profit generation opportunities required
  • Vast knowledge of Microsoft office is required for creation of various reports and presentations required
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are required
  • Ability to visualize opportunities and translate into strategic plans required
  • Ability to develop innovative approaches to problem solving preferred
  • Prefer experience creating strategies for financial and non-financial benefit preferred
  • iOS application dev experience - Swift, Obj-C, preferred
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred
