PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Help us with your design and visual skills to create exceptional digital and print material. You will work within the communications team of SAP’s Innovations Center Potsdam with a broad variety of different design tasks and products.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As part of our multidisciplinary design team with people of different nationalities and backgrounds, you support us with your creativity and design skills to create beautiful presentations and print materials that stick with people and communicate our ideas. Moreover, you will have the possibility to design digital applications, that aim to delight our demanding customers. Work with us on ideas and solutions that strive to change the ways how people will work in future. At the Innovation Center, you will work with a team across several continents that will challenge your design perspective, give you the chance to learn how design is practiced, and help you to continuous evolve your design and team skills. All this at a world leader in the software business.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s): Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design or equivalent. You have to be enrolled at a university

  • Outstanding visual design skills and a sense for aesthetics and simplicity 

  • Ability to comprehend and master complex contexts and transforming them into visual concepts 

  • Experience in print design, layouting, typography 

  • Experience in information design is a bonus

  • Computer skills: Adobe’s Creative Suite, Sketch, Power Point, Keynote

  • Language skills: fluent English and German, both written and spoken

  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in video production and editing with tools such as Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects is a bonus
