Assists with IT system, service, network and facility maintain/monitoring/troubleshooting.
User account maintenance.
IT inventory / assets tracking.
Training manual / system guide / configuration management database compose and revise
Provide first level technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and network. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

Junior or Senior status in IT related program at a university or college in good academic standing
Basic knowledge of overall IT operations
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities while multitasking effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication /documentation skills
