Purpose & Objective of Position

  • Entry level position, looking to expand their knowledge via live application of learned material from school courses. Working with the local IT group at Toronto HQ, at end of 3 months would look for this person to be able to run with one aspect of the current working environment (e.g., Asset Management, Goods Receipt)

Expectations & Tasks

  • Client engagement at 1st and 2nd level for troubleshooting

  • Asset Management

  • Goods Receipt

  • Compliance and SLA adherence

  • Knowledge management input (WIKI/Community)

Skills / Competencies

  • Good communications

  • Technical ability with win 8-10 and

  • Phone knowledge an asset (voip)

  • English speaking/written

  • General IT knowledge (printing/backend/networking)

Educational Requirements (degrees, class completion, etc.)

  • None needed at this level

  • Can commit for a 12 month full time internship ASAP in our SAP Toronto office location
