All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.DescriptionInformation Technology Operations InternScope: The IT Summer Operations Intern will support activities within the Operations Department and get exposure to various key IT activities.Example Operations Job Duties•Support IT Incident Management - when "something is broken," work with suppliers to resolve IT incidents and close tickets in a timely manner, process escalations, provide status updates and monitor progress.•Support IT Problem Management - work with suppliers to expedite the resolution of Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, participate in root cause analysis to ensure mitigation of future risk.•Support IT Change Management - work with business partners to understand their operations, participate in Change Review Board meetings to communicate IT projects / changes and their potential effects to various stakeholders.•Establish and maintain communication with business and IT stakeholders on incidents, status reviews, root cause analysis, approvals, and follow-up actions.•Manage local service requests, including request initiation.•Exploration of business problems and challenges through business partner meetings.•Participate in continuous improvement efforts through constructive feedback and identification of process improvements.•Perform other dutiesrojects as assigned.
