As part of the global Proof of Value (PoV) Services organization, the Customer Experience Center (CXC) program team works closely with the sales teams to ensure that the sales and customer’s business objectives are met through each solution presentations. The Singapore CXC team delivers an average of 1500 presentations to thousands of customers from CxOs to technical experts, creating a direct impact on the revenue pipelines. We present on all Cisco architectures and the latest and the greatest solutions. We present on business values and technical advancement to meet the requirement of all kinds of customers. We have 300+ technical experts globally who work closely as “team of teams” in all aspect of PoV services. What You’ll Do
Gain knowledge and experience with Cisco solutions in Enterprise, Service Providers, Data Center/Cloud and industry verticals.
On the job training of content development from planning to design to coordination of a wide range of Cisco architectures
Learn to understand customer business needs and how to interpret that into technical solutions and vice versa
Participate in customer engagements under the guidance of a local Systems Engineer and Presenter
Assist the local SE team in the delivery of customer premise engagement if needed
On the job training on presentation skills when delivering demonstration in person and virtually with Cisco’s video technologies and Virtual Experience Studio.
Receive in-depth training and build your skills as you earn a CCNA or CCNP certification (optional) depending on individual’s career interest.
Fluent in verbal and written English
Passionate about networking and how it changes the way we live, work, play and learn.
Customer ready presence with good presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, self-start, work in a fast-paced team environment and independently

To get you started, we will need you to undergo basic and intermediate enablement on Developer.cisco.com and focus on selected Cisco programmability platform such as Spark, APIC-EM and Meraki. You will be part of the team to shape and drive the future of Software Defined Networks, Network Programmability and Automation, and DevOps to join our Network Programmability Developer Evangelist team. You will also be empowered to plan and organise virtual and physical Hackathons, evangelize Cisco Technologies in start-ups and co-working spaces and use case prototyping for our partners.
