Within the SAPK Business Services and Operations Team we

  • Provide business services to the organization and the management team

  • Manage the SAP Knowledge business operations to plan, execute, monitor and report business activities – in an aligned approach across all programs and organizations  

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As an intern (f/m) in the area of SAPK Business Services and Operations (focused on Controlling & Financial-Reporting) you will support our team in managing the following tasks:

  • Financial & Cost-Controlling-Reporting, Process design and continuous reporting process optimization

  • Coordination & communication support tasks (Rollout, Newsletter)

  • Statistic creation and creation of KPI Reporting

  • Design & implementation of reporting tools

  • Review of reporting tools

  • Cost Controlling Support for SAPK High-Performance-Teams

  • Support Business Services & Operations projects

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Information Systems or Natural Science

  • Computer Skills: Very good skills in MS Office, in particular in MS Excel & MS Power Point

  • Language Skills: Very good language skills in English; German is optional

  • Soft Skills: Team Player with good communication skills and used to work independently

  • Others: Interested in project management and process controlling. Project experiences are advantageous.
