PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
At SAP Services we are supporting our customers in the design, optimization and flexibility of their company and core business on strategic, economic and technologic topics. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The team oversees the recruiting and related tasks for a Trainee Program in Consulting. The intern or working student (f/m) will be responsible for organizing and preparing Recruiting Events for this Trainee Program and support the team with related topics.
Preparing and attending Recruiting Events
Creating presentations, Presentation Design
Organizing meetings & related tasks
Close cooperation with HR and external organizations
Support various tasks
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or equivalent
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word), ideally also experienced in SAP ERP systems
Language skills: Fluency both written and spoken in German and English
Soft skills: Good communication skills, Team player, good interpersonal skills
Others: Affinity for IT, results- and execution-focused, highly motivated, high focus on customer orientation
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
