You are …a Communications- Education Account Management Intern who wants to join our Washington, DC office. In this role, the Communications intern will assist the Education team for the fall semester.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to drafting and copy editing briefings, bios, and analyses for clients

  • Contribute to client social media strategies

  • Account Strategy: Gain valuable hands on experience to support a variety of campaigns including press clip compilation, media pitching, database management, campaign launch logistics and administrative support- all in a fun, fast-paced environment

  • Various other tasks to assist in superior client service

You have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program

  • Previous communications experience is preferred, however not necessary

  • Strong writing and research skills are very important

  • An interest in Education policy

  • Availability to work part-time or full-time employment this fall (15-20 hours per week minimum) from September 5 to December 8, 2017
