What you’ll do:
Position Title: Customer Retention Marketing Intern
Location: Bellevue, WA
Expected start date to end date: June 11–August 17
Develop lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels and touch-points to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value, retention, brand advocacy and loyalty
Continuously track and monitor offer/campaign/creative effectiveness for marketing initiatives including, but not limited to email campaigns, direct response programs and personalization across channels and new channels to drive customer retention
Test and analyze all campaign performance, including creatives, segmentation and cadence and optimize based on findings, and deliver relevant reports and present insights to keep the organization abreast of marketing activities; forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs
Partner with internal data teams and creative to create new and innovate ways to serve personalized information to customers
Recognize and adapt to changes to the marketplace and industry and quickly adjust marketing plans accordingly to assure continued success
Manage the assembly, implementation, and deployment of creative
Internalize insights and provide retention strategy and optimization recommendations
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies

Education in marketing and/or communications fields
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong presentation skills to be able to deliver a presentation and influence stakeholders
Experience and/or knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Marketo) is a plus
Communication and influence (must be energetic and passionate about marketing, our products, our customers and the company)
Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability
Strong team player
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics
Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks
