Description

  1. Perform project-specific tasks under the direction and supervision of the Human Resources Manager, Coordinator, or Assistant, which may include:

  2. Removing staples and other impediments to scanning

  3. Filing employment documents and personnel files

  4. Making and distributing copies

  5. Scanning and filing electronic documents

  6. Evaluating employment documents for proper classification

  7. Identifying errors and gaps in personnel files

  8. Performing quality control checks on both paper and scanned documents

  9. Shredding and disposing of documents appropriately

  10. Follow all relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  11. Report progress, obstacles, and concerns to a member of the HR department prior to end of shift

  12. Maintains strict confidentiality
