We are currently seeking an Undergraduate Intern; Production Engineering to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, TX as part of the Production Management and Engineering Team.
Internship runs June 4th to August 3rd 2018.
Operate and support board transfer in tech area
Monitoring inventory status & distribute boards to technician (Productivity 2.8)
S/W upgrade check & follow-up equipment issue (Repair completion rate 48.7%)
Review NDS, RDR, SWAP, Scrap boards
Prepare part to repair & head up part shortage issue to PM
Waterproof reject improvement (Target 4%)
Reduce internal reject regarding flagship models (Google Pixel, G6 and V30)
Create training guideline & train assemblers at various locations
Report urgent issue occurred in PRC line and support line leaders
Follow up special task issued by PM & Engineering team
Enrollment in an accredited University is required
Mechanical Engineer major preferred
Rising Junior or Senior is preferred
MS Excel and Powerpoint
Bilingual Korean and English preferred
