IBM AVP Scorecard and Reporting Intern in Houston, Texas
Employees in this role will develop and implement both an internal and external, client-facing AVP report. As part of this role, the employee will learn what metrics and reports are available now with our Support Models as well as what will be available with our new Salesforce ticketing system. The internal report will be automated and will show a current view of problem history and trends/patterns around Resolution time, defect ratios, and responsiveness. The external report will also trend the client's resolution time and responsiveness and will track the AVP deliverables and criteria for success. This employee will also learn our AVP Contracts process and will assist our Finance team with understanding how we can reconcile the finance actuals to the contracts database.
Position must be based in one of the following strategic locations:
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience or knowledge of Analytics, Contracts, Scorecarding and Software Quality
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Past internship experience
